This is a listing of the various games and how I get credits into them for my kid. Of course these aren’t the only possible ways, just the ways that I’ve chosen that seem to work for me.
I put this list here primarily so that I could use it. I have been getting the various methods mixed up, and futzing around trying to figure it out every time my kid asks is annoying.

- Log in to kid’s Epic Games account from a browser - use incognito mode to keep their account separate
- Enter credit card information to pay, but don’t save the payment method

- Purchase Minecoins on kid’s phone, send message for parent approval
- Approve purchase on adult phone - note, the price will now include taxes
- Kid uses the Minecraft store on their phone to use the Minecoins

- Purchase digital gift code on Amazon
- Give the code to the kid
